GADS typically takes up residential projects above 250–300 square yards and commercial projects above 100–150 square yards, allowing enough scope to deliver the design quality the firm is known for. The team generally does not take on renovation projects, as such projects often come with structural and budgetary limitations. GADS believes clients can achieve better results and higher value by investing in a new, well-planned project from the start.

Yes, GADS offers post-handover support, especially for turnkey projects where both design and execution are managed by us. For consultancy-based projects, while formal maintenance isn’t included, we’re always available to assist clients with minor touch-ups or adjustments even after they’ve moved in — ensuring continued satisfaction with the final outcome.

Yes, GADS provides end-to-end assistance — from selecting materials and finishes to sourcing furniture, fabrics, lighting, and décor pieces. Every element is carefully curated during the design process and visualized through 3D renders, helping clients see how everything will look together. During execution, we coordinate with trusted vendors to procure materials and even help clients avail exclusive discounts, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency throughout the project.

No, client feedback is an important part of our process. We begin every project with an in-depth discussion involving all key decision-makers to understand every requirement clearly. This helps minimize revisions later. Even after designs are shared, clients are free to share their feedback — we’re always open to refining the design to match their vision.

Our pricing isn’t fixed — it depends on the scope, scale, and detailing of each project. For example, even two plots of the same size can have very different design requirements depending on the number of floors, level of automation, materials, and overall complexity. We evaluate every project individually to ensure the fee reflects the work involved, design detail, and execution timeline — maintaining transparency at every stage.

At GADS, our fee is finalized at the beginning of the project to ensure complete transparency and maintain a strong client relationship. The pricing remains consistent throughout, except in rare cases — such as major redesigns or if a project is paused for an extended period — where adjustments may be required.
